EasyFinance equips enterprises with the management logic and AI agents to turn business goals into measurable results.
Founded in Shanghai in 2004. 22 years of management accounting practice, now applied to enterprise AI.
EasyFinance was founded in Shanghai in 2004. Over more than two decades, we have worked with 33,000+ enterprises across China to build stronger management capabilities — helping business leaders think more clearly about their operations, set more measurable goals, and make decisions grounded in real business logic rather than intuition alone.
Our work sits at the intersection of two things most enterprise AI projects are missing: a clear management framework and AI agents that actually operate within it.
The combination matters because AI without management logic produces fast answers to the wrong questions. Management logic without AI stays trapped in slow, manual processes. Together, they allow enterprises to move from tracking results to actively shaping them.
Together, these two methodologies provide the management logic that enterprise AI agents need to operate effectively inside a real business.
EasyFinance has collaborated with IMA (Institute of Management Accountants) on research into management accounting practices in Chinese enterprises. This collaboration produced published research and helped establish a formal research center focused on advancing management accounting application across China's business community.
As enterprise AI has matured, EasyFinance has continued this research orientation — examining how management accounting frameworks enable AI transformation, and why AI projects fail when the underlying management logic is missing.
The EasyFinance Enterprise Empowerment Center is our delivery vehicle for working directly with companies. Services range from executive development programs in Strategic Financial Acumen® and Quantified Management® to hands-on consulting and AI agent implementation projects.
We do not offer off-the-shelf AI products. Every engagement starts with the company's own goals, data structures, management rules, and accountability design — and builds AI capabilities on top of that foundation. See what we do for the three service lines in detail.
EasyFinance is headquartered in Shanghai. We serve enterprises across mainland China, with particular depth in manufacturing, distribution, professional services, and multi-entity corporate groups where the gap between strategy and operational execution is widest.

EasyFinance is a Shanghai-based management consultancy and training institution founded in 2004. We help Chinese enterprises build financial management capability and deploy AI agents in finance and business operations. Our work combines two proprietary methodologies — Strategic Financial Acumen® (战略财商®) and Quantified Management® (量化经营®) — with hands-on design and deployment of Finance AI Agents and Business AI Agents. We have worked with more than 33,000 enterprises across China.
No. EasyFinance does not develop or sell financial software. Our work is in management capability and AI agent design. We build the management frameworks and AI agents that work inside a company's existing systems — ERP, financial platforms, and operational tools — rather than replacing them.
The Enterprise Empowerment Center is EasyFinance's approach to building in-house management capability that persists after the engagement ends. Rather than delivering training that remains with individual participants, we train internal trainers and help companies build the institutional knowledge to continue developing their own teams. It is a capacity-building model rather than a dependency model.
EasyFinance's practice is primarily focused on Chinese enterprises. Our methodologies address the specific management accounting context of Chinese business — the gap between financial accounting and management accounting capability, the particular characteristics of Chinese enterprise planning and performance management, and the AI transformation challenges Chinese companies face. International companies operating in China with questions about Chinese enterprise management are welcome to inquire.
